Everything is handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, size, texture and scent are natural characteristics, not faults. Product images are indicative. We describe items as accurately as we can but don’t guarantee the listing is entirely error-free.

Prices show in ₹ (INR) for the India store and TSh (TZS) for the Tanzania store, based on your region. Applicable taxes (GST in India / VAT in Tanzania) are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes don’t affect orders we’ve already confirmed.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm/accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there’s a pricing error, payment fails, or your area isn’t serviceable — and we’ll refund anything you’ve already paid.

India: cards, UPI and netbanking via Razorpay. Tanzania: mobile money via AzamPay. Cash on Delivery may be offered where available. We don’t store full payment-card details — payments are handled securely by the gateway.

India: delivered via Delhivery, with charges calculated at checkout from your PIN code. Tanzania: delivery charges are based on distance and order value. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for what happens if something goes wrong.

These are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

For customers in India, these terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of [City, India]. For customers in Tanzania, they are governed by the laws of Tanzania and subject to the courts of [City, Tanzania]. This does not remove any mandatory local consumer rights you have.
